I believe in thoroughly researched science. This means I drink tea made of herbs grown in my small garden and practice serious COVID mitigations. Not just for the chronically ill and immunocompromised loved ones I live with, but also for myself. Because COVID is still around, anyone can get long-COVID anytime, and it sucks.
